Terms & Conditions

The short version: everything we sell is made to order for you, so all sales are final. The full version is below.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms and conditions govern all orders placed with M2 Racewear ("M2 Racewear", "we", "us") for custom racewear, karting apparel, accessories and related products. By submitting a design, requesting a quote, or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't place an order.

2. How ordering works

This website is a catalog, not a checkout. You choose a product, create your design in the customizer, and submit it. We review your design and send you an invoice. Your order is confirmed — and production begins — only once your invoice is paid in full. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of the invoice.

3. Custom products — all sales are final

Every product we sell is manufactured to order with your chosen design, colors, logos and sizing. Because your item is unique to you and cannot be resold, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, design choices, color expectations, or ordering errors. Please review your design, spelling, logos, colors and size carefully before confirming your order.

4. Refunds — manufacturing defects only

We will remedy genuine manufacturing defects: faults in materials or workmanship, or a garment that materially deviates from your approved design or from the measurements you provided. If you believe your item is defective, contact us at info@m2racewear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order reference, a description of the fault, and clear photographs. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will at our option repair the item, replace it, or refund the purchase price. Normal wear, misuse, incorrect washing or care, alterations by third parties, and damage occurring after delivery are not manufacturing defects.

5. Sizing is your responsibility

You are responsible for the size you select and the measurements you provide. For standard sizes, the published size charts are provided as guidance and the choice of size is yours. For made-to-measure orders, the garment is produced from the measurements you supply; the manufacturer verifies the finished garment against those stated measurements as part of quality control. A garment made correctly to the size you selected or the measurements you provided is not defective, and fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements are not eligible for refund, replacement or alteration at our cost. We strongly recommend following the measurement guides and videos on our Sizing & Guides page, and having another person take your measurements.

6. Your artwork and logos

By submitting logos, artwork, names or other content for printing, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and you accept responsibility for any third-party claims arising from their use. We may decline to produce designs that in our judgment are unlawful or offensive. Colors are reproduced by sublimation from the Marina color chart or Pantone references; on-screen colors are indicative and minor variation between screen and fabric is not a defect.

7. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are confirmed by invoice before production and are quoted in Canadian or US dollars as stated on your invoice. Payment is due in full before production begins. Our products are manufactured in Europe and shipped internationally to Canada and the United States, so your shipment may attract import duties, customs charges, tariffs, brokerage fees, and applicable taxes (such as GST/HST in Canada or state taxes in the US). These are levied by your government and carrier, and they are entirely your responsibility. We do not pay, reimburse, or estimate customs, tariffs or taxes on your behalf, and refusal of a shipment due to unpaid import charges does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Production and delivery times

Production and delivery estimates (including express options, where offered) are given in good faith and start from the date we have your complete order: confirmed design, measurements or size, and full payment. They are estimates, not guarantees; manufacturing queues, carrier delays and customs processing are outside our control and do not give rise to compensation or cancellation. We will provide a tracking number when your order ships.

9. Cancellations and design changes

You may cancel or amend an order at no cost any time before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or changed and no refund is available, as materials are cut and printed specifically for you.

10. Safety equipment

Homologated products (FIA and CIK-FIA) meet the referenced standards at the time of manufacture. Homologation does not guarantee protection from injury. Motorsport is dangerous; you are responsible for using products as intended, following the care instructions, verifying that a product's homologation meets the requirements of your sanctioning body, and replacing equipment as required by its homologation validity.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed race events, entry fees, or travel costs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under the consumer protection laws that apply to you, including applicable Canadian provincial legislation and US state law.

12. Governing law

These terms and any order placed under them are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you hold in your own province, territory or state.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order. Questions about these terms or an existing order: info@m2racewear.com.
